Overall, it
can be observed that major changes have taken place around the town.
The farmland
and forest in the north have been replaced by sports facilities like tennis
courts and golf-course and a larger residential area. The road connecting the
houses located in the north-east section of the town has been extended further
and new housing areas have been made next to them.
The shore
area in the south has experienced a drastic redevelopment of infrastructure,
the fishing port has been demolished and the fish market has been rebuilt into
an apartment complex, while the café on the south-west side remains intact.
Shops right
across the street of the fish market have been redesigned into restaurants and
the hotel next to it is left as it was, though a car park has been built to the
left side of the hotel.
