The diagram depicted elaborates the brick manufacturing process which is carried out in 7 phases.
The process starts with digging up  of clay from the ground. The lumps of clay are placed on a metal grid in order to pulverize big pieces into smaller which in turn are carried to another chamber with help of roller where the lumps are mixed with sand and water. The homogenized solution is then is molded into raw wet bricks with help of a wire cutter or a mould.
The  freshly formed brick pieces at taken to a drying over and left for drying for 24 to 48 hours. After the brick pieced have dried, they are transferred to the kiln chamber, where they are baked in 2 chambers. The first chamber heats bricks at moderate temperatures, i.e. between 200C-980C and second bakes between 870C-1300C.
After baking process, bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber of 72 hours. Then the   bricks are packaged and delivered on final destination.
