The given diagram depicts the function
of a solar power water pump
The solar power water pumps uses solar
energy which is produced by photovoltaic cells installed in the solar panel.
There cells use energy of the sun derived from the sun rays.
The solar panels generate direct
current power which is supplied to the bore pump underground. The bore pump is install and submerged
in the water in the underground boring which is also known as bore well. When
the bore pump is operated with the help of electricity generated by solar
panels it pumps up water from the underground resources.
The water pumps from the natural
underground reservoirs of water can be stored in the water tank. This water
drawn from the underground reservoir can be put to use by the people of village
as per requirement.
The process of drawing water from the
underground reservoir is very simple, non polluting as an energy efficient
system and can proved to be quite cost effective in the long run.
