(iii) Services Sectors for the whole world and different parts of the world.

The given graph shows contributions of different sectors,
namely agriculture, manufacturing and services sectors, in economic activity in
Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America and in the world.
It can be observed that manufacturing has a major contribution
to economic activity across the world, approximately 45%, followed by farming,
30%, and tertiary approximately 25%. A similar
pattern is observed in case of Asia though secondary sector has an overwhelming
contribution with 70% followed in by primary sector approximately 22% and
tertiary around 8%.
Almost similarly, Europe and North America also have major
contributions from secondary sectors, 50% and approximately 43%, but services
sector is a second major contributor in these regions, especially in North
America services follows in close with 42%.
In contrast, South American region gets equal contributions
from primary and secondary sectors, 40% each, and 20% from tertiary sector.
On the other hand, economic activity in Africa is dominated
by primary sector, 60%, followed by manufacturing,30%, and services 10%.
